Best First Step

Need labs connected to a plan? Start with HOP first.

A lab draw can collect data. HOP helps turn that data into context, priorities, and a practical next step with the Gen 3 team.

Lab Fit

Use this page when labs need to connect to symptoms and next steps.

Lab draws are most useful when the results are tied to a real question. Gen 3 uses testing to clarify patterns, support HOP, monitor care, and guide a plan rather than collecting numbers for their own sake.

Testing is only useful when it informs decisions. We translate data into practical next steps.

02

Professional Collection

Draws are completed by trained staff with attention to comfort, consistency, and specimen quality.

03

Interpretation + Next Steps

You receive context-rich interpretation and a clear plan for what to prioritize next.

Timeline

Most standard results return within several business days, depending on panel complexity.

Commitment

We simplify complex results so you can make confident, informed decisions.

What We May Evaluate

What the team may consider before ordering labs.

The team may review symptoms, timing, medications, supplements, current care, marker categories, collection needs, and whether HOP is the better first step for interpretation.

  • Hormonal, metabolic, inflammatory, and nutrient marker categories
  • Which panel fits the question you're trying to answer
  • Timing, collection needs, and follow-up requirements
  • Whether HOP is the better starting point for interpretation

FAQ

Lab draw questions before you schedule.

Can I request labs even if I'm not in another program yet?

Our lab testing is structured to ensure every result comes with proper provider interpretation and a clear plan. New patients typically start with our Health Optimization Panel, which gives our providers a comprehensive baseline to work from. The exception to this is Vitamin D lab draws, which are available in connection with our injection offerings. This approach ensures nothing is missed and that your results are always tied to a meaningful next step.

Will you review results with me?

Absolutely. Interpretation is part of the process so your results translate into real action.

Next Step

Not sure this is your first step? Start with the Health Optimization Panel.
