Mobile SMS Terms of Service
By providing your mobile phone number to Gen3 IV Nutrition (“Gen3,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) online, in person, or by text message, you consent to receive SMS and MMS text messages from us related to Gen3 IV Hydration and Wellness services.
1. Description of SMS Use Cases
Gen3 may use text messaging to: appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling updates or changes, pre‑ and post‑treatment instructions, account and billing notifications, promotional offers and specials, and general practice updates related to IV hydration and wellness services.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us (for example, number of appointments and current promotions).
2. Opt‑In Consent
By submitting your mobile number through our website forms, online booking system, in‑office forms, or by texting any Gen3 number that is advertised for SMS, you are representing that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you agree to receive text messages from Gen3 at that number.
3. Message & Data Rate Disclosure
Gen3 does not charge a separate fee to send or receive text messages; however, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging and data plan and any applicable fees.
4. Opt‑Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving marketing or informational text messages from Gen3 at any time.
To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP” to any SMS you receive from us. You may receive a confirmation text stating that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages.
If you want to re‑enroll after opting out, you can reply “START” or “UNSTOP” where supported, submit your phone number again through our website or intake forms, or contact us using the information below.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of Gen3’s control.
7. Age Restriction
The SMS program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
By opting in to receive text messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you are a legal guardian providing a number for communication regarding a minor’s services.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Your mobile number and SMS consent will be used only to send you text messages as described in this Mobile SMS Terms of Service and to operate and improve our services.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt‑in data or mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes; we may share it only with service providers (such as SMS platform vendors) as necessary to deliver our text messaging program.
