Meet Your Provider
With 13 years of healthcare experience, Grace Llewellyn, APRN, FNP-BC, MSN, brings a deeply relational and whole-person approach to patient care. For the past seven years, she has served as a Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care—managing chronic conditions, leading preventive care, and supporting patients through every season of life.
Her passion lies in preventative wellness, hormone replacement, mental health, and weight-loss management, and she believes that true transformation happens when patients feel genuinely heard and supported. Her care style is rooted in listening first: understanding each patient’s story, goals, and lived experience so she can build a plan that leads to real, sustainable results.
Her Approach to Care
She chose functional and integrative medicine because it allows her to treat the root causes—not just the symptoms. Her philosophy blends evidence-based medicine with holistic support, recognizing that health is never about perfection. Instead, she guides patients toward realistic, sustainable changes that honor the body’s natural resilience while offering grace for life’s imperfect moments.
Her approach is shaped by two powerful experiences:
Her father’s cancer journey, where integrative support made a meaningful difference and deepened her commitment to whole-person care.
A personal season where she felt dismissed by a provider, which now fuels her dedication to making every patient feel validated, believed, and truly seen.

Your body is both strong and imperfect—and that’s normal. Wellness isn’t about doing everything “right,” but about consistent, compassionate choices that build long-term health. She helps patients release guilt, embrace grace, and pursue health with courage and confidence.
-
Originally from Alaska and Nebraska, she now enjoys an active, outdoorsy life with her Siberian Huskies—who make sure she gets her steps in at “husky pace.” She loves hiking national parks, gardening, traveling, trying new restaurants, and cooking with herbs grown in her indoor aeroponic garden. Faith, family, friends, and her church community play a central role in her life, along with simple joys like fresh flowers, sunsets, local nurseries, and cozy weekend naps.
-
She practices what she teaches: daily movement, weight lifting, balanced nutrition, preventive care, supplements, counseling, massage therapy, prayer, and time in Scripture. These are the rhythms that keep her grounded so she can care for others wholeheartedly.
-
Patients can expect:
A provider who listens to understand, not to reply
A partner in their health journey
Compassionate, thorough, individualized plans
A focus on outcomes that matter—more energy, balanced hormones, better mood, sustainable weight loss, and long-term wellness
Above all, she hopes every patient leaves feeling heard, supported, and empowered.
